WHEN IS CHECK-IN?

The wedding is on Friday, and most guests will check-in early on Thursday (March 26th) to gather by the pool cabanas. Most guests will check-out on Saturday, the 28th.

WHAT IF I DON'T SEE MY DATES IN THE GROUP BLOCK?

Make your reservation for the dates you do see in the block to secure the lowest rate and then contact our wedding-group manager, James, to quote the new rates and alter the dates at (561)447-3885 or JHolcomb@TheBocaRaton.com

IS EVERYONE PERMITTED AT THE BOCA RATON EVEN IF YOU DON'T STAY THERE?

No. The Boca Raton only permits club members and hotel guests on the property with the exception of sponsored events (ex. ceremony, reception, etc.) where your names will be listed at the gate.

HOW EARLY SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR AN EVENT IF I'M NOT STAYING AT THE BOCA RATON?

Plan to arrive at the security gate (501 E Camino Real, Boca Raton, 33432) an hour prior to the event. This will provide you ample time to get through security, find the event, and enjoy the property that spans over 330 acres.

THERE ARE 5 HOTELS AT THE BOCA RATON. HOW DO I SELECT WHICH ONE?

Below is a map of the property. There are shuttles throughout The Boca Raton. The ceremony and reception are on the harborside closest to The Cloister and Tower.
